Biometrics is a more sophisticated way of Access Control. It is used in computer science as a form of identification and access control and also to identify individuals in groups that are under surveillance.

Most common biometric access control is finger print reader and facial recognition.

There are many other forms of biometric recognition that use behavioural characteristics such as voice, signature, motion, keystroke patterns etc.

The finger print controller we use offer outstanding capabilities. For example we can learn a finger that, unlocks front gate / front door, auto disarms the house etc.

We can enrol a different finger to do the exact same functions except also send a silent duress report to the police.

So if you are under duress you can simply notify the monitoring centre you are in trouble which they can action appropriately with out the intruder knowing.

The facial recognition system we can offer is a fantastic solution for very easy access to your premises.

Simply tilt your head to the facial recognition terminal, and your door unlocks.

Your profile can have various options such as face with no glasses, and face with glasses.

This means the system will recognise you weather you wear your sunglasses or not.

More sophesticated integration is possible such as lighting control for when you door or gate is unlocked at night, lighting scenes can be triggered.
