Ampcom’s project management process will focus on the overall planning and co-ordination of a project in regards to the cabling for Lighting, Data, Comms, TV, Audio / Visual, Secuirty, CCTV etc. from the beginning to the end.
Our Project Management process ensures stages of work are completed to schedule, quality standards and budget as per design.
We will co-ordinate the project with the Client, Builder and liaise with the Electrical Contractor and other trades and suppliers as required.
This process also provides advice throughout the entire process and beyond.
